The Story

The Lab is BhopalSB's product arm — the thing that exists between sessions to keep the crew's identity tangible. The first drop documented here covers three outputs: skull-shaped street wax, mini bowl concrete ashtrays, and the initial run of the All We Need Is Nothing capsule.

Everything is hand-cast or hand-sewn. The skull wax is poured from a custom mould designed specifically for ledge application — the shape gives a better grip angle on pour-overs and lipslides than standard rectangular wax. The ashtrays are raw concrete cast into silicone bowl moulds, functional and designed to look like the terrain the crew actually skates.

Forty units, hand-cast. The whole point is that it can't be scaled without us.

The capsule is deliberately minimal: embroidered basics that sit at the intersection of tech-worker wardrobe and skate culture. The kind of thing you wear to work in a SaaS office or to a midnight session and it reads correctly in both contexts.

None of this is mass production. The run was forty units. The goal was proof of concept — that the community could produce real objects, not just events.
