MP Nagar after midnight. The city quiets down, the street opens up, and the most creative skating of the year happens under fluorescent parking lights.
The Story
The night session archive started as an accident. A group of eight riders couldn't get to the spots they wanted during the day, so they came back after midnight. The city was a different place — emptied of traffic, the concrete cooler, the lighting strange and flat and perfect for skating.
MP Nagar has architecture that was never designed to be skated. Corporate building entrances, plaza steps, the sharp-cornered curbs outside closed banks. At noon these are obstacles to walk around. At midnight they're ledges, launches, and gaps.
The documentation from this session set the visual language for how BhopalSB shoots after dark — available light only, no flash, wide angle where possible. The fluorescent wash of parking lots and office lobbies reads like nothing else in the archive.
Three more night sessions have happened since December. Each one has a dedicated clip. This is the first.
